Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains how KADS Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us. We serve clients worldwide, so this policy is written to address the main privacy laws that apply to our visitors, including those in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and India.
Who we are
The controller (data fiduciary) responsible for your personal information is KADS Solutions, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Our postal address is available on request by email. You can reach us about privacy matters at kadssolutions012@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact or project enquiry form, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company name (optional)
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your country, the services you are interested in and your preferred timeline
- Your message and any details you choose to share about your project
If you join our early-access list on the Products page, we collect only your email address and use it to tell you when our product launches. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID details) through the form.
Information collected automatically
We use our own first-party, cookie-less analytics to understand how our website is used. This records:
- Pages viewed and time spent on each page
- The referring website (where you came from)
- Device type (for example, mobile or desktop) and browser type
- Approximate city and country, derived from your IP address at the time of the visit
Your IP address is used only to derive this approximate location and is not stored. Our first-party analytics do not use cookies and are not used to identify you personally.
When you submit a form on our website, we also record your IP address for up to 30 days to prevent spam and abuse (for example, to limit how many enquiries can be sent in an hour), and Cloudflare Turnstile may run a privacy-friendly check to confirm you are human.
Optional Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode to understand how visitors use the website. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Québec (Canada), Google Analytics does not set cookies unless you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner; until then, only cookie-less signals without identifiers may be sent. Elsewhere, Google Analytics cookies are used by default and you can turn them off at any time by clicking Decline in the cookie banner. Advertising features are always disabled.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals
- Communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project, including by WhatsApp if you ask us to
- Prepare and perform contracts with clients
- Understand how our website is used and improve its content and performance
- Keep our website and systems secure and prevent misuse or spam
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
Legal bases for processing (EU/EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – for Google Analytics cookies and any optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- Steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) – when you ask us for information, a quote or a proposal, and when we perform a contract with you.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) – for cookie-less website analytics, security, fraud and spam prevention, and responding to general business enquiries. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) – where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us run our website and business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare – website hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and security
- Turso – database hosting for form submissions, early-access sign-ups and analytics data
- Resend – email delivery, such as enquiry notifications and replies
- Meta (WhatsApp) – messaging, when you choose to contact us or be contacted via WhatsApp
- Google – analytics, only if you have consented to analytics cookies
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business reorganization, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
International data transfers
We are based in India and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and countries in the European Union. Where personal information from the EU/EEA, UK or other regions with transfer restrictions is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant), or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries and leads: 24 months from our last contact, unless a contract follows. If we enter into a contract, we keep relevant information for the duration of the contract and as long as required by law afterwards.
- First-party analytics events: 13 months.
- Spam-prevention records (IP address): 30 days.
- Google Analytics data (if consented): according to the data retention settings configured in Google Analytics, which we keep as short as is practical.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect information
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to people who need the data, reputable infrastructure providers and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and authorities of breaches where the law requires.
Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on where you live. To exercise any of them, email kadssolutions012@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
European Union and EEA (including France and Germany) – GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing (including processing based on legitimate interests); to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority, such as the CNIL in France or the competent data protection authority in Germany.
United Kingdom – UK GDPR
You have the same rights as described above under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
California, USA – CCPA/CPRA
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering a right to limit. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Canada – PIPEDA
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to challenge its accuracy and request correction, and to withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Australia – Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles
You have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal information we hold about you. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; if you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
India – Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, to request correction, completion, updating and erasure, to withdraw consent, to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and to grievance redressal. You may contact us at the email above for any grievance, and if it is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
Our own website analytics do not use cookies. We use only cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for the website to function, such as remembering your cookie choice.
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are set in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Québec only if you click to accept them in our cookie banner; elsewhere they are set by default and stop when you click Decline. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner or settings on our website, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
